At the conclusion of the implementation
process Bleakly Advisory Group,

Bleakly
Advisory Group’s
breadth of knowledge about real estate and the development process is
grounded in the experience gained over hundreds of projects performed on a
nationwide basis. Over the past
six years the principals of Bleakly Advisory Group were responsible for
acquiring over $20 million in land, securing more than $30 million in grants
and financial support for over $600 million in new development projects. This included more than 600 units of housing, office, retail
and hotel development as well as the new Children’s Museum of Atlanta.

RECENT ASSIGNMENTS
SunTrust
Banking—In-Town Condominium Study, Atlanta, Georgia
Bleakly Advisory Services was commissioned
by SunTrust Banking to prepare a comprehensive look at the emerging in-town
condominium market in Atlanta. Over
5,000 units in 65 projects were inventoried and analyzed to determine the
current status and future performance of this rapidly growing form of
housing in downtown, Midtown and Buckhead.
NewTown
Macon, Inc., Macon, Georgia
We have been engaged as implementation
advisors by NewTown Macon, Inc., a private sector initiative to revitalize
downtown Macon. We are
assisting NewTown Macon in the implementation of eight development projects
which have a combined value of over $96 million and are intended to serve as
a catalyst in the revitalization of the city. The development projects
include a major mixed use transit-related development in the former Union
Terminal Station, creation of
an eight-mile greenway, development of a new convention center hotel and
redevelopment of a riverside brownfield site into a major, mixed use
project.
