Economic Impacts of High Street Mixed Used Development, Dunwoody Georgia - We were engaged by GBI Development Inc. to prepare a detailed economic impact analysis for a proposed mixed use district in the Perimeter Center area of Dunwoody, Georgia, an Atlanta suburb. GBI Development has proposed the creation of a mix of residential units, high-end retailing, hotels and office uses organized in a pedestrian friendly town center design plan. The impact analysis considered the direct economic impacts to Dunwoody and DeKalb County in terms of job creation, additional retail sales and property and sales tax revenues.
Analysis of the Economic Impacts of Glades Master Planned Community, Hall County, Georgia — Glades is a proposed 7,000+ acre master planned community in Hall County north of Lake Lanier. Our assignment was to measure the economic impacts of the proposed development, both in terms of local service costs and potential governmental revenues to Hall County from the development of the project over the next twenty years.
Analysis of the Economic Impacts of Allen Plaza on Downtown Atlanta - Barry Development Inc. is in the midst of creating the largest mixed use district in downtown Atlanta since Peachtree Center in the 1970s. We were engaged to prepare an economic impact analysis of the ten development projects within the overall Allen Plaza redevelopment. This analysis allowed Barry to demonstrate the substantial economic benefits to the City of Atlanta both in terms of overall economic stimulus to downtown and the
potential public revenues generated from more than $1.8 billion of new investment.
