Suwanee Gateway Strategic Development Plan, Suwanee, Georgia - We assisted the City of Suwanee in preparing a comprehensive revitalization strategy for a commercial area adjacent to Interstate 85, which serves as the gateway into this rapidly growing, affluent suburban community. This commercial area had begun to experience disinvestment as momentum was shifting to other key interchanges on Interstate 85. As a result of the analysis, a branding strategy establishing the area’s identity as “Suwannee Gateway” was created and it has attracted new investment and interest in the area.

Blueprint Brunswick I & II, Brunswick, Georgia - We assisted the port city of Brunswick, Georgia in creating a redevelopment strategy for its historic downtown. Initially nine catalyst projects were identified to jump-start redevelopment. A subsequent phase further identified and refined other catalyst projects. In addition, we recommended the creation of a special non-profit entity to spearhead the redevelopment process, Blueprint Brunswick, Inc., which has been critical in the successful implementation of the plan.

Downtown Dahlonega Redevelopment Plan, Dahlonega, Georgia - We assisted the City of Dahlonega in preparing a redevelopment plan for this historic mining town in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. Working through a series of workshops and interviews with local stakeholders, we developed a series of catalyst projects to support the redevelopment of the
historic downtown of Dahlonega, while honoring and enhancing its unique character and appeal.
