Big Bethel AME Church Campus Development Strateegy

Bleakly assembled a team to conceptualize and evaluate development scenarios for the site. The analysis addressed both the physical configuration and market potential of the site, as well as variations on how a redevelopment deal could best be structured to best accomplish the Church’s objectives.
In 2015 , Bleakl led the RFP process leading to a $100 million proposal to redevelop a portion of the property.
On-Call Redevelopment Advisory Services City of Duluth and Downtown Development Authority Duluth, Georgia

Bleakly provides on-call implementation services to the City and its DDA. We established a Tax Allocations District, drafted TAD policies and application procedures, and evaluated TAD financing applications, We also managed the developer solicitation process for the Parsons Alley and Hill & Main redevelopment projects leading to more than $90.9 million within its TAD in only 3 years.
